All I/S Eyewear Goggle and Sunglass products have a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects.

The warranty program does not cover scratched lenses or product that is dropped, sat on or run over by your car.

Make a Claim
To make a claim, fill out the form. You will be contacted via email with instructions that may include printing out the form and sending with your product to the address provided.

Replacement and Repair
For a nominal fee to cover parts and shipping, I/S will repair or replace damaged lenses or frames that are not covered by the warranty.

Forma Strap Issue
Due to a manufacturing issue, Forma frames may need to have their strap attachment pin replaced. To get more information on this issue, click here.

You will be contacted via email within 2-3 business days with further instructions. Depending on the product, location and nature of the problem, instructions may include submitting photos, returning the product to the retailer or sending the defective product to the I/S Eyewear warranty service centre.

If you are asked to return your products, we encourage you to send by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS), as I/S Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
